1 General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the bijoy baji platform and all its users. The key terms used throughout this document are defined below.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — refers collectively to the bijoy baji website and mobile applications (Android and iOS).
• "User" or "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on the platform and uses its services.
• "Service" — sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games, lottery and all related entertainment services.
• "Wallet" — the digital account balance held on the platform for a user.
• "Bonus" — a promotional reward granted by bijoy baji, applicable subject to specific conditions.
• "Bet" — a user's financial participation in the outcome of a specific event.

1.2 Applicability

These terms apply to all services provided through the bijoy baji platform. By accessing the platform, creating an account or using any service, the user agrees to comply with all conditions in this document. These terms may change from time to time; continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

Certain eligibility requirements must be met to become a member of bijoy baji. These requirements exist to protect users and maintain the security of the platform.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, they will all be cancelled.
• Multiple accounts operated from the same household or the same IP address may be restricted.
• Residents of prohibited regions may not open an account on the platform.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, the user must provide an active mobile number, an email address and a strong password. The password must be at least eight characters long and should include numbers and special characters. bijoy baji never asks for passwords by phone or email under any circumstances.

2.3 Account Verification

After registration, bijoy baji may verify identity via OTP or other methods. Full KYC verification may be required before withdrawals. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

3 Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

bijoy baji is firmly committed to preventing underage gambling. Age verification is mandatory before any financial transaction or use of services on the platform.

3.1 21+ Age Requirement

All casino and betting activities are for persons aged 21 and above only. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Identity Verification Documents

bijoy baji may at any time request images of a user's national identity card, passport or other government-issued ID. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4 Account Use and Security

The user is fully responsible for the security of their account. It is the user's duty to keep login credentials secure and to prevent unauthorised access.

4.1 Account Security Responsibility

• Username and password must not be shared with any third party.
• When logging in from multiple devices, users should log out after each session.
• If any suspicious activity is noticed, visit our FAQ page immediately and contact support.
• Caution should be exercised when logging into an account from a public Wi-Fi network.

4.2 Unauthorised Use

bijoy baji will not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions made from a user's account, unless it is proven that the incident was caused by a security failure on the platform's part. If an account is hacked or credentials are stolen, bijoy baji must be notified in writing immediately.

4.3 One Person One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. If a single person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

5 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on bijoy baji are processed through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Specific limits and conditions apply to transactions.

5.1 Deposits

• Accepted deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same across all methods).
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account quickly.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in the user's own name.
• Third-party deposits will not be accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

5.3 Rejected Transactions

bijoy baji reserves the right to reject any transaction in cases of suspicious activity, incorrect information or incomplete KYC verification. Rejected funds will be returned to the user's original source where possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bijoy baji offers various types of bonuses, each subject to specific conditions. Accepting a bonus means agreeing to those conditions.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times.

6.2 Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash; it becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings earned using a bonus may only be withdrawn after wagering is complete.
• The same type of bonus cannot be received more than once on a single account.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses will result in cancellation of all bonuses.
• bijoy baji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6.3 VIP Program

The bijoy baji VIP program has five tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated on weekly net losses. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week would receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 cashback.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on the bijoy baji platform is conducted under specific rules. Users should understand the relevant rules before placing a bet.

7.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless bijoy baji accepts a specific reason for doing so.
• The minimum bet amount may vary by game and market.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically returned to the wallet.
• bijoy baji reserves the right to void any bet placed with incorrect or erroneous odds.

7.2 Sports Betting

In sports betting, particularly cricket and football, if a match is cancelled or suspended, bets are generally considered void and the stake is refunded. However, specific rules for particular markets and tournaments may apply.

7.3 Live Casino and Slots

In live casino and slot games, if a disconnection occurs mid-round, the outcome will be determined according to the server log. bijoy baji will not be liable for losses caused by issues with the user's device or internet connection.

8 Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the security and fair environment of the platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account cancellation.

8.1 Strictly Prohibited

• Forging or altering accounts, personal information or payment methods.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automation tools to manage bets.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the platform's game engine or payment system.
• Using multiple accounts to avoid bonus conditions or claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes deliberately.
• Intimidating, harassing or threatening bijoy baji staff.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bijoy baji may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in certain circumstances.

9.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Any breach of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to respond to an identity verification request.
• Detection of suspicious or unusual activity.
• Instructions from a court or regulatory authority.
• When the user themselves requests self-exclusion.

9.2 Balance of Suspended Accounts

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited. If an account is closed at the user's own request, the balance will be returned subject to identity verification.

9.3 User's Right to Close Account

10 Limitation of Liability

While bijoy baji is committed to providing the highest quality service, the platform's liability is limited in certain situations.

10.1 Platform Service Disruption

bijoy baji will not be obligated to pay compensation for service disruptions caused by server maintenance, technical faults, internet service interruptions, or third-party platform issues. However, efforts will be made to properly refund any bets that were active during the disruption.

10.2 Third-Party Games

The bijoy baji platform features content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. The rules and RTP settings for these games are the responsibility of the respective developers. In any dispute over game results, bijoy baji will review game logs and server records.

10.3 External Circumstances

If it becomes necessary to temporarily suspend services due to natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, or any other unforeseen circumstances, bijoy baji will make every effort to restore the service as soon as possible.

11 Privacy & Personal Information

11.1 Data Collection and Use

The name, mobile number, email, and identity document information collected at registration are used solely for account management, identity verification, and service improvement. This information is not sold to third parties.

11.3 Cookies and Tracking

12 Right to Modify Terms

bijoy baji reserves the right to amend, change, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between bijoy baji and the user and replace all previous oral or written understandings. If any part of this document is deemed invalid, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
